Only Owner Minting

This is a tricky feature, but one that's really important.

If this is toggled on, it will prevent everyone but the owner of the contract from minting NFTs from it, so the main use case for having this feature ON is if you plan on only airdropping.

Most general users will WANT to have this feature OFF.
